Patient Education & Empowerment Resource

Thank you for your interest in participating in the ARC PEER Link program as a Peer!

The PEER (Patient Education & Empowerment Resource) Link program is designed to connect members of the amyloidosis patient community to foster education and empower people going through similar, difficult journeys. Mentors will be paired to share experiences and advice with you.

PEER Link Peers are required to:

Be a patient or caregiver of someone diagnosed with AL or ATTR (wild-type or hereditary) amyloidosis within the last year
Commit to a three-month mentorship period which will include twice-a-month calls with your mentor
