The PEER (Patient Education & Empowerment Resource) Link program is designed to connect members of the amyloidosis patient community to foster education and empower people going through similar, difficult journeys. Your experiences, advice, and mentorship are truly a gift to those you will be working with.

PEER Link Mentors are required to:

Be a patient or caregiver of someone living with AL or ATTR (wild-type or hereditary) amyloidosis for 3 years or more
Commit to a three-month mentorship period which will include
- twice-a-month calls with your peer match
- monthly check-ins with the ARC PEER Link Program Manager
